  • CA: 2 To 3/4 Weeks {15-29 Days}
  • Worldwide: 2 To 6/7 Weeks

IMPORTANT: IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 60 DAYS, WE WILL REFUND IN FULL

 

 

WILL I RECEIVE ALL MY COMMANDS AT THE SAME?

We have a large assortment of items not stored in the same department when you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive an item before the next. Do not worry if you do not receive your items all at once, they will arrive soon… Thank you for your understanding.

 

 

OOPS, I WAS WRONG TO ADDRESS, COLORS, SIZE…

We are not responsible for errors caused by our customers during the ordering process. Please recheck before ordering. If, however, you make an error after your order and the package has not yet been shipped, notify our support as soon as possible for a quick modification. If the package is marked as shipped, it will be too late for any modification request, the return costs will be at your expense.

After shipping the package, you will receive an email ([order complete] within 3 – 7 working day) to notify you that your order has been shipped, you can then ask for a tracking Number to follow your orders if you want.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee to customers, which means we will resend your items or refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason. We want to offer a good experience and give confidence to our customers.

PRODUCTS “FREEBIES” ARE REALLY FREE?

YES, for our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself will be $0.1 in your cart. (But they are limited to a certain Pcs per order)
